Can you deliver to a published specification and procurement timeline?
Yes. We work to your spec, your procurement route and your programme dates, and we price transparently against them. If something in the spec won't work on site, we flag it before production, not after.
How do you work in live healthcare and public buildings?
Carefully, and around the people using them. Installs are planned with your estates or facilities team, out of hours where needed, with sites left clean and safe at the end of every visit. At St. Francis Hospice we delivered a full hybrid meeting room in a working hospice.
Does the technology need specialist staff to run it?
No, and it shouldn't. The St. Francis room runs from one touch, with audio that's clear across the room and a camera that follows whoever is speaking. Training is minimal by design, because public and clinical teams don't have time to fight a control panel.
How do we evidence delivery for sign-off and audit?
Every site is documented. Surveys before work starts, completion photos and a record per location when it ends. You can review and sign off remotely, and anything not right goes on a snag list until it is.
Who supports it after handover?
We do. Documentation, training and a support arrangement that suits how you operate. When something needs attention, you talk to the team that built it, not a call centre that's never seen the room.
