From the beginning, the brief was clear: provide reliable, high-quality solutions that support hybrid working, encourage collaboration, and are easy for the team to use daily. Working closely with the Havas team, THINK delivered a complete Microsoft Teams Rooms setup using best-in-class hardware.
what THINK did
Premium hardware, smart planning.
The installation combined premium hardware with smart planning to create high-performing spaces that support both the technical and creative demands of Havas Media's day-to-day work. Sony Professional Displays were chosen for their exceptional picture quality, ensuring presentations, video calls and shared content are always sharp, vibrant and reliable. Even in bright office environments. Yealink A30 videobars were installed in key meeting rooms to deliver an all-in-one Teams Rooms solution, with built-in dual cameras, noise-cancelling microphones and powerful speakers for a clear, natural experience with no complex setup. Yealink MeetingBoard 65" interactive displays were deployed in multiple rooms, turning each space into an interactive collaboration hub with touchscreen functionality and Microsoft Whiteboard integration.

This combination of hardware enables smooth, consistent collaboration across the business. Each space has been designed for ease of use, with minimal training needed. The solution is also fully scalable, giving Havas the flexibility to expand or adapt their setup as future needs evolve. The result is a series of rooms that don't just look impressive.
