FAQ

Rollout questions, answered straight

How do you price a multi-site rollout?

Per site, from a real survey. We break the programme into survey, production and install costs so you can see exactly where the money goes. No padding to cover guesswork. If the scope changes mid-programme, you see the change before it costs anything.

Can you install out of hours?

Yes, and on most retail programmes we do. Overnight and early-morning installs are planned site by site so every store trades as normal. You set the constraint and we build the schedule around it.

What happens when a site survey finds a problem?

We flag it before production, not on install day. You get the photo, the issue and our recommended fix, with any cost change agreed up front. That's the whole point of surveying first. Problems found early are cheap.

Do you cover both the Republic and the UK?

Yes. We deliver from three hubs in Dublin, Newry and London, so the same team covers Ireland, Northern Ireland and Britain. One project manager and one standard, either side of the border. We install worldwide too.

How do we sign off sites we can't visit?

Every install is photographed on completion and logged against the site. You review and sign off remotely. If anything's not right, it goes on a snag list and we go back until it is.

Is there a minimum programme size?

No. We've built our name on the big time-critical rollouts, but the same crews handle a single store. Tell us what you've got and we'll give you a straight answer on whether we're the right fit.
