the brief

Lidl run 236 stores across the whole island of Ireland, and they're always building, remodelling, refurbishing and refreshing. Working with Lidl's Point of Sale and Trade Marketing Manager, THINK install a wide and complex mix of printed POS, design and marketing material, week in, week out.

the challenge

New builds happen at a steady pace and the existing estate is constantly being reimagined, so THINK's print project management and install crews are always engaged. Large-format bakery wall graphics, fridge wraps and printed over-shelf header cards are only part of the POS mix that goes into a Lidl store, and every store has to be right.

what THINK did

One programme, every store.

THINK manage the programme end to end. Guy, as project manager, liaises with designers, printers, store managers and Lidl HQ to deliver the printed marketing and POS that a Lidl store runs on every day. Survey, production-ready artwork, in-house print and fabrication, scheduling and installation by our own crews, hundreds of stores spread over 32 counties, tracked centrally.

A consistent, on-brand retail environment delivered at scale and kept fresh. Produced to one quality standard and installed to plan, store after store, under the most demanding of circumstances, with a record for every location.
