The LauraLynn Oscars: bringing Hollywood to Dublin.

For Ireland's Children's Hospice, we built the full red-carpet experience. Branding, large-format print and on-site delivery for a premiere where every child was the star of their own film.

the partner

LauraLynn is Ireland's Children's Hospice, providing palliative care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families. The LauraLynn Oscars is one of the most special events in its calendar. Children and their families write, produce and star in their own short films, which premiere at a black-tie ceremony complete with limos, a red-carpet arrival and their very own LauraLynn Oscar.

the brief

For the 2025 LauraLynn Oscars, the event had to feel like the real thing. Not a nod to Hollywood, but the full experience: a red-carpet arrival, a premiere-standard venue and an awards ceremony where every child walked in as the star of their own film. Our job was to build that world, and to build it around families with a wide range of accessibility needs, on a charity partner's timeline and budget.

what we delivered

One brief, one team, every detail.

Full event branding and environment design, from the red-carpet arrival through to the auditorium. Large-format print production and installation, including the media wall, step-and-repeat backdrop, wayfinding and venue signage. And on-site project management on the day, so the LauraLynn team could focus on the families. The same approach we bring to a multi-site rollout, applied to a single unforgettable day.

the result

Eight short films premiered to a packed house. Every child arrived to a red carpet, fans and photographers, and left with a LauraLynn Oscar. For the families, the event creates a lasting legacy: a professionally produced film and a day of pure celebration they will keep forever.

why it matters

It costs €5.2m a year to run LauraLynn's Children's Hospice, with over €4m of that raised through fundraising and partnerships. Supporting the LauraLynn Oscars is one of the ways THINK gives back, and it is a partnership we are proud to continue.
