Hiring: Acoustic Installer

Location: Dublin / Nationwide (occasional travel to NI & UK)

The Role

We are seeking an Acoustic Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the installation of acoustic solutions across a wide range of client environments – from office spaces and meeting rooms to educational, hospitality, and public facilities.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent practical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a project team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Install acoustic panels, baffles, ceiling systems and other sound control solutions to a high professional standard.

  • Interpret technical drawings and site plans to ensure accurate installation.

  • Work closely with THINK project managers, designers, and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.

  • Liaise with clients on-site, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to agreed specifications.

  • Carry out on-site measurements, adjustments, and quality checks.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order.

  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Travel to client sites across Ireland, with occasional work in Northern Ireland and the UK.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in construction, carpentry, interior fit-out, or acoustic installation preferred.

  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability on site.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Full, clean driving licence (essential).

  • Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (advantageous, but training can be provided).
