LearnUpon Dublin HQ - Complete AV Transformation for a Hybrid-Ready Workplace

When LearnUpon relocated to its new headquarters on Hatch Street in Dublin, the ambition was to create a modern, hybrid-ready workplace that enabled seamless collaboration across global teams. THINK Group was appointed to design and deliver a fully integrated audiovisual solution throughout the new facility.

The outcome was a unified 22-room Zoom Rooms ecosystem and a flagship Town Hall venue designed to support up to 100 attendees, all delivered as a cohesive, future-focused AV environment.

LearnUpon’s new HQ was designed to bring teams together in person while maintaining strong connections with colleagues worldwide. The AV infrastructure needed to reflect that ambition.

The brief went beyond installing screens and cameras. The environment had to be intuitive, consistent, and powerful enough to support daily meetings, large-scale town halls, and hybrid broadcasts.

Key challenges included:

Creating a consistent user experience across 22 meeting rooms of varying sizes
Supporting hybrid collaboration without complex setup or technical barriers
Designing a Town Hall space suitable for professional presentations and live streaming
Delivering high-quality, reliable audio and intelligent multi-camera coverage
Ensuring all technology integrated cleanly into a modern corporate interior

22 Flexible Zoom Meeting Rooms

Across 22 meeting spaces, ranging from small huddle rooms to larger collaboration areas, we deployed a unified Zoom Rooms ecosystem built around standardised hardware and workflows.

Technology implemented included:

NEAT video bars, pads, and scheduling panels
LG commercial-grade displays
Clean, discreet cable management
Consistent control interfaces across all rooms

Each room offers a native Zoom Rooms experience with one-touch join functionality. Staff can move between spaces and immediately understand how to operate the system.

This consistency reduces training requirements, increases user adoption, and simplifies ongoing management.

Town Hall: High-Impact Hybrid Event Space

The Town Hall was designed as the centrepiece of the new HQ, capable of supporting all-hands meetings, training sessions, hybrid presentations, and live broadcasts.

Dual 98-inch LG commercial displays forming the main presentation canvas
Four 65-inch repeater monitors to maintain visibility throughout the space

Professional Audio

Crestron speaker system delivering clear, room-filling sound
Shure audio ecosystem providing high-quality voice pickup and digital signal processing

This ensures balanced, intelligible audio for both in-room and remote participants.

Intelligent Camera Coverage

Multiple Aver auto-tracking cameras
Automatic presenter tracking and dynamic angle switching
Optimised for livestreams, webinars, and hybrid meetings

Unified Control

All Town Hall components are integrated into a single, intuitive control interface, allowing LearnUpon’s team to manage events confidently without specialist technical support.
